TATI 今天滿三歲

昨天帶他去買蛋糕
他親自挑選了這一個
媽媽很抱歉今年不能為你做蛋糕
明年一定要幫你做一個
他很開心可以去ｄａｙｈｏｍｅ跟他的朋友慶祝生日
之前每天都問
今天是我生日嗎？
今天一起床
我們改唱生日快樂當起床歌
他很開心的問今天是我生日嗎？
我說是
他很興奮的跳起來
一早都很興奮
終於可以帶點心跟蛋糕去慶祝生日了

4月29日-2010

早上起太晚
ｆｌｙ上班遲到
ｔａｔｉ也要去ｄａｙｈｏｍｅ

往窗外一看
瞎
現在是四月底ㄟ
去年四月有狂下雨
但沒有下雪

今年
這是怎樣呢？
雪還在狂飆
沒有要停的跡象

一個月算幾天

還在笑別人什麼事都要搞得很複雜
我自己也是
就是一個月子一個小孩滿月
我也要斤斤計較
28天算四星期是一個月
30 天也算一個月吧
但是如果生日是3/30那就是4/30滿月拉
怎麼算都不對怎麼算也都可以
人生青菜一點比較好我想
所以我決定
今天滿三十天我坐月子畢業了
明天4/30
eleri滿月

但是更重要的是
tati 明天滿三歲

喝了最後這杯中藥～我要畢業了

這不難吃但也吃膩了的早餐（紅豆意仁粥）

tati's first outdoor bike ride

We went out yesterday evening for a bike ride,
tati loves the bike ride.

it was her first time riding on the sidewalk. she loved it.
definately will do more this summer.

尤其是晚上
外加尖叫
我真累了
看著小小的他
哭聲可以這樣大
耐心沒了
連同情心也沒了

巧克力ｆｕｄｇｅ

星期五偷閒做了ｆｕｄｇｅ
這是 eat, shrink, be merry裡的食譜
也就是減少熱量又較健康的享樂食物
用的大部分是黑巧克力有抗氧化功能
還有ｗａｌｎｕｔ裡的油脂聽說對腦筋好
但是我不愛吃巧克力
所以大部分還是請ｆｌｙ今天帶去公司了

這一盤不用烤也不用煮
全攪在一起就好了

it's fly's birthday.
he doesn't like to celebrate his birthday so we didn't do much but taking tati to the jungle gym.
and we had the Blizzard, which was good but not very good for our diet.
anyway,
thanks fly that always being so supportive and dedicating so much of his time for the family.
especially during this tough time now, he stays up at night more often than i do, and is more patient than i am.
thanks for your help again.
the girls are so lucky to have you as a dad.

很舒服的椅子

老蒼蠅一直要買一張“很舒服“的椅子給我
我也不知為什麼
老是想應該是要給他自己的吧
這一次因為堅持餵母奶所以老蒼蠅更堅持要買哪張很舒服的椅子給我
但是
我這麼不愛花大錢買高級傢具的人
怎會捨得
去ｉｋｅａ看一般單人坐沙發椅不怎麼舒服動輒兩三百
搖椅我又不喜歡坐因為會暈船
要是像那種ｌａｚｙｂｏｙ的ｒｅｃｌｉｎｅｒ動輒上千
ｉｋｅａ有一張不錯看也很舒服的也要五百大洋
以現在只能靠EI過生活的我實在買不下手

結果就在ｋｉｊｉｊｉ上找到這張椅子

椅子做起來是很舒服
但是外觀不好還有異味
所以硬是讓它在外面晒太陽好幾天
用清地毯的清潔劑洗過在用吸塵器吸過
再晒個幾天的太陽
又去ｉｋｅａ買布料（又買打折品）所以花色真的“很特別“
然後ｆｌｙ就幫這張ｒｅｃｌｉｎｅｒ換裝了
加起來一共花不到五十大洋

恩我很喜歡
而且真的很舒服

謝謝拉～～老蒼蠅～手工還不錯喔

ｂｂ讓我抓狂之ｔａｔｉ好姊姊

再生十個還是一樣
我的結論是:ｂｂ就是不好搞
加上我天生就不是那種溫柔體貼型的媽媽
實在是天天提心掉膽的
好累
簡直是精神折磨

這一兩天ｅｌｉ常常哭
這樣也哭那樣也哭
讓我不得不又懷疑他是ｃｏｌｉｃｋｙ
這讓我覺得很沮喪ㄟ

想說第二個會好一點
結果也沒有
該擔心的還是會擔心
昨天吃晚飯
他再一邊哭到不行
讓我飯也吃不下
也不想抱他也不要ｆｌｙ去抱他
就讓他哭個夠吧
我累了
坐在沙發上
我也哭了

這時最讓人感到窩心的就是ｔａｔｉ
他看我哭了趕快過來抱我親我
跟我說沒關係 everything will be better.
好一個窩心的孩子

自從ｅｌｉ回到家
ｔａｔｉ是有幾天特別想引我們注意
但是他真的很愛他妹妹
我說要把妹妹送回去給醫生
他馬上說不行
有一次妹妹一直哭我說把他沖到馬桶裡好了
ｔａｔｉ很緊張的說不行
還說 he is just a baby~ (he/she 不分）

有時我們在忙ｅｌｉ哭了ｔａｔｉ就會趕快跑去握他的手
要是ｅｌｉ還是一直哭ｔａｔｉ就會來催我快去餵ㄋㄟㄋㄟ

每天起床一定要先進ｅｌｉ的房間親親他（也就是叫醒他拉）
出門或回家一定問ｅｌｅｒｉ在哪裡

每次ｆｌｙ要帶ｔａｔｉ出去走走都一定要ｅｌｉ也跟
搞得全家要總動員
感覺上ｔａｔｉ是很顧家的小孩
我希望這不只是階段性的
我喜歡他很仁慈的個性

現在ｔａｔｉ也學著會自己或是看是爸爸或是媽媽有空就問我們可以陪他嗎？
覺得快三歲的他這樣算是很懂事了
ｆｌｙ說有時看他這樣都會感動想哭呢

ｅｌｅｒｉ你可要多學著點阿

tas and her carrier

If the weather is nice, tati loves to be on the carrier when goes to dayhome. It is also good for fly to have some exercise when taking tati to dayhome.

Tas is really happy for sure.

Whole Grain Apple Pie

Yes, as soon as i feel a bit better, i got to do something.
The crust is made with whole grain flour with rolled oats. very healthy.
no butter but vegetable oil (hope to skip that too...but impossible)
no sugar added in the filling but honey.
this recipe is from Michael Smith, one of my favorite chief. (because he is as tall as fly.)
it is very healthy and we don't have to scarify the taste either. i love it. will defiantly made it again.
and Tas loves it too.

A surprise package from the Sun's- our old time friends

got a surprise package from alex, nelly and kieran
the stickers are so cute, must be decorated by kieran.

lots of nice clothes for Eleri.
(it is really not too bad to be the second one)

this one is fun. can't wait ti stuck it into eleri's mouth
or maybe have tati tries it first.

a lot of fun big sister gifts.
tati will love them.

i can see tati goes wild when she sees these stickers.
she loves animals and stickers.
can't find any thing better than this combination.

and we love this drawing so much.

Fastlane is the company that helped my Canadain citizenship application.

this is what i drink and eat.

Chinese herb tea (suppose to be good for you after giving birth)
got to drink it for 30 days.....YUK.

Chicken Marshroom Soup.
this one is not too bad, but no salt....yuk too

Since Eleri's weigh lost is a concern to the docs and the public nurses, we have to weight her more often. here is the solution that fly come up with, so we don't have to go back to the clinic often.
