蒼蠅大哥很喜歡吃義式薄餅PIZZA

所以當然我要做這個給他

又異想天開做了CALZON給同事DAGNY

因為他喜歡火腿起司

但小孩不愛火腿

所以我做了起司捲 他們又搶著要吃了!!

2 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

3/4 cup of water

7 grams of instant yeart

Pre-heat the over 350 F

mix alvoe all together

raise for 30 minutes

roll into pizza crust (thin crust)

dust the baking pan with flour or corn meal

bake the curst for 3-5 minutes

you can forzen the dough for later use or add the toppings that you like

bake 400F for 25 minutes or whatever you like.
