泰式丸子

誰不愛泰國菜的重口味
不愛吃辣的人吧
我很愛泰國菜
但家裡有小孩
所以不能做很多辣的菜色
做丸子做上隱了
今天想說不然做個 泰式丸子吧

這個食譜是我自己的
我覺得很好吃ㄟ

只是這次我沒有加辣椒
因為小孩要吃
我覺得加上辣椒會更好吃


Preheat oven 375 degree
A
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup table spoons of water

soak bread crumbs in the water for 10 minutes

B
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 egg


mixed above three ingridants together.

C1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped  fresh coriander
3 table spoons chopped ginger
6 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

1 jalapeno(optional)
1/2 tea black pepper

mix above ingredients together until combined well (i used a food processor)

1 table spoon fish sauce
1 table spoon soy sauce

combine A B C D all together

Grease baking sheet with olive oil and lay 1 inches meatballs on the baking sheet (make around 60)
Bake 15 minutes. (rotate the baking sheet half way if needed)
