marble coffee cake


這是同事lori給我的食譜
lori媽媽過世了但留下很多好吃的食譜
謝謝lori常常與我分享
這些都是無價的寶物阿

Mom's Coffee Cake
2 Cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine or butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream or unflavored (plain) yogurt

Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

-In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients (first 4) well with a wire whisk and set aside.
-Cream margarine/butter & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla and beat well.
-Blend in sour cream alternating with the dry ingredients until everything is mixed in smoothly
-Grease & flour 9"x13" pan or bundt pan
-Spread 1/2 of the batter in the pan and top with 1/2 of the topping mixture
-Spread the rest of the batter & top with remaining mixture
Bake at 350F for 40 - 50 minutes.

放假的日子偏偏六點半就起床
今天早上就一起做這麼蛋糕當早餐
如果每天這樣吃應該會得心臟病吧
