
Yes, as soon as i feel a bit better, i got to do something.
The crust is made with whole grain flour with rolled oats. very healthy.
no butter but vegetable oil (hope to skip that too...but impossible)
no sugar added in the filling but honey.
this recipe is from Michael Smith, one of my favorite chief. (because he is as tall as fly.)
it is very healthy and we don't have to scarify the taste either. i love it. will defiantly made it again.
and Tas loves it too.
